At Vanta, my scope has expanded from Design Operations into EPD-wide systems and AI transformation. I work across the technology organization to connect strategy, planning, capacity, operating rhythms, tooling, and AI-enabled workflows — turning fragmented practices into shared ways of working.

Previously, I've led across Design and Research Operations, Design Foundations and Systems, Product Design teams, and Product Operations functions. I've built and scaled the tech functions, led foundational programs spanning Design, Engineering, and Product, and have helped teams translate complex product work into clear priorities and coordinated execution.

My edge is the combination of operating rigor, product and design judgment, and organizational leadership. I'm strongest when the work crosses functions, the path is ambiguous, and the organization needs both a strategic point of view and a practical system people will actually use.
